This page contains the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Prizes4pixels.com website. These Terms and Conditions are binding on all users. Users should visit this page periodically to review its contents for updates and changes. For purposes of this Agreement, the terms “We” and “us” refer to Prizes4pixels.com. The Term “you” refers to Users of the Prizes4pixels.com web site.

Term and Conditions for prizes

  - 1 x Advertiser will win $1000.
  - 1 x Advertiser will win $500.
  - 2 x Advertisers will win $250.
  - 10 x Advertisers will win $50.
  - 100 x Advertisers will win $5.
  - 1000 x Advertisers will win $1.
- Referers prizes
  - 1 x $100 for member that refers winner of $1000 prize.
  - 1 x $50 for member that refers winner of $500 prize.
  - 2 x $25 for 2 members that refer winners of $250 prizes.
Total prize value to be distributed between 1128 prizes is $4300.
A list of blocks has been randomly generated and prizes allocated to those blocks. This list has been placed in a sealed and signed envelope and placed in a secure location where it will remain unopened until the first business day after the last block has been sold
Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence to enter this competition.
Employees or agents of Prizes4Pixels.com or any of the Lowcost-Webspace.com group of companies or anyone else connected with the competition and/or their immediate family are excluded from winning any of the prizes.
The ability to win an advertisers prize is solely governed by a minimum $2 purchase of an advertising block. This block may or may not have a prize allocated to it.
The ability to win a referers prize is solely governed by purchases made by a members referals. There is no requirement to purchase to be eligable for this catagory of prizes
The closing date of the competition will be defined as the day the last block of the grid is sold.
No prizes will be announced or issued until the first working day following the sale of the last block of the grid.
Once prizes have been announced, winning participants must contact Prizes4Pixels.com at winners [AT] Prizes4pixels.com via their email account assigned to their paypal account logged in the system to redeem their prize.
A full list of winners will be shown on the site as soon as the winners have been announced.
As each prize is claimed, this will be noted against the respective prize in the prize list.
The decision of Prizes4Pixels.com is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General Term and Conditions.

Prizes4pixels.com provides a system where any user, as a Prizes4pixels.com member, can advertise their sites for the standard fee, and stand a chance of selecting one of the blocks that has a prize attached to it.
Users may NOT open multiple accounts.
Payment Processing.
User understands and agrees that, prize funds are allocated from payments for advertising and these funds are kept with these payment processors and not withdrawn by the Prizes4pixels.com administration team, we cannot be obligated for these funds because we never received any money directly from you. We reserve the right to reduce or even remove the prizes in the unlikely event the payment processors freeze or terminate our accounts. User understands and agrees with our policy to direct all questions directly to these payment processors, if such an event should occur. Prizes4pixels.com accepts E-Gold only at this time. User also understands and agrees with our policy that all payments are final and will not instigate any charge backs.

Amendment: 12 October 2006
Due to the changes in the gambling laws in America Paypal have made policy changes which now prevent us from using them as a processor for Prizes4pixels. We have therefore with immediate effect disabled the paypal option.
At this time we can only accept E-Gold which is an option we did not want to use as has a stigma attached implying a site is not genuine if it only accepts E-Gold. Rest assured we are genuine
Appropriate and Permitted Use of the Prizes4pixels.com Website.
Users may not, under any circumstances, use this Prizes4pixels.com website to contribute, post or transmit any material of an infringing, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, libelous, inflammatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, profane nature that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions as outlined herein, User confirms they are of legal age in their country of residence to enter into a legal and binding contract. User further indicates to Prizes4pixels.com that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and will comply with them when using this Prizes4pixels.com web site and services covered and described herein.
Prizes4pixels.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its discretion and/or according to new circumstances that may arise as a result of legal, market, technological or other changes. Consequently, we encourage all Users to review our Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure your continued understanding, knowledge, acceptance, and compliance with them.
User has read, understands and agrees to this Prizes4pixels.com web site Disclaimer and understands how it applies to the User of Prizes4pixels.com services.
Any user who does not accept or and agree to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions as listed herein, does not have a legal right to use of this web site or Prizes4pixels.com services.

As we have more options, the fees will be clearly stated and you will be informed in updates of this Agreement.
Setting up Your Prizes4pixels.com Account.
You can sign-up for Prizes4pixels.com by registering yourself for a FREE account. All you need is an email address and an E-Gold account (If you do not have an E-Gold account you can get one by clicking here.) to open an account.
Note :- Email addresses with any form of auto response are not acceptable.
Just click on the “Sign up” button and you will be required to fill up your information at the “Registration Form”. After you fill out the registration form, we will send you an email confirming your email address. Your account is activated once you confirm your email address by clicking a link found in the message. There are no setup charges and no charges on client earned commissions applied by Prizes4pixels.com. We do not control charges applied by payment processors.
Members can advertise a business and earn commissions by promoting our web site. Once you create an account with us and thus become a Prizes4pixels.com member, you can submit your business(s), and start promoting our program using your own personal referral url. You can start accumulating commissions immediately and request payment by sending an email to support [AT] Prizes4pixels.com. This is one of the best ways of helping each other. You can be sure that your web site is exposed to numerous hits building its popularity in various ranking systems. You can also purchase additional advertising.
Exception: Certain Websites Cannot be Submitted for advertising. User understands and agrees that web sites with adult content, offensive material, auto installers, hate, warmongering, redirect, dialers, are absolutely prohibited and not acceptable. All members are urged to make an Abuse Report to report any site that is in violation of our Policy. Please provide as much detail as possible including the URL and why you feel it breaks our terms.
Penalties for violating this policy:
Users understand and agree that submitting sites, which are in violation of our Policy, will be dealt with by management. Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated and their web site(s) banned for breaking these terms and conditions/policies forfeiting all commissions generated and the right to any prizes that were possibly allocated to blocks that were covered by the terminated ad. In the even of an ad termination the blocks allocated to that advertisement will be made free and open to re purchase and any prizes allocated to the blocks concerned will transfer to the new ad. We wish to make Prizes4pixels.com a pleasant and enjoyable place and ask members to respect other members’ rights.
Taxes.
Prizes4pixels.com does not charge any taxes. User understands and agrees that you are responsible to report and pay any and all tax requirements in your national, state, or local jurisdiction. Prizes4pixels.com will not tolerate any form of tax evasion or other unlawful activity related to User’s tax liabilities. We highly recommend that Users discuss any tax-related questions with a tax professional in User’s jurisdiction.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless.
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Prizes4pixels.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and representatives from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including but not limited to reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees that may result from your use of our website services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Prizes4pixels.com will notify users of any such claim, suit or proceeding in a timely manner. User acknowledges and agrees that should any dispute with a third party result from or arise in connection with any use of this web site or Prizes4pixels.com services, User will indemnify and hold harmless Prizes4pixels.com its employee, representatives, agents or others acting on its behalf, from any liability resulting from any legal action, claim or dispute arising in connection with User’s use of Prizes4pixels.com services under these Terms and Conditions.
Corporate Liability Limitations.
User understands and acknowledges that Prizes4pixels.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the content or information submitted by users on this Prizes4pixels.com web site. Because it is not feasible to authenticate users on the Internet; Prizes4pixels.com cannot and does not verify or confirm that each user is, in fact, who he or she purports to be. User is solely responsible for any damage to user’s computer system or any loss of data that may result from the downloading of such material. Prizes4pixels.com expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, as well as those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. No advice or information, either verbal or written, that user may obtain through Prizes4pixels.com or our services shall create any warranty that is not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Breach, Revocation and Right of Refusal.
Failure to abide by any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement may be considered as a material breach of contract. In such case, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or deny User the right to use our services. Prizes4pixels.com reserves the right to cancel, deny or refuse service at our sole option and discretion in the event that you have supplied us with information that we find to be false, misleading or that conceals or omits any details that could influence the services we provide to you. User understands and agrees that Prizes4pixels.com shall not be held liable for any losses or damages that may result from our refusal to provide you our services. Prizes4pixels.com may act, at its sole discretion, with respect to user-submitted information that we deem necessary or appropriate if we believe it may result in potential liability for us or that it may cause us to lose, in whole or in part, the services of Prizes4pixels.com Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other suppliers. In the event of Termination of our service, be it by Prizes4pixels.com or the User, we reserve the right to withhold any commissions earned and/or allocated prizes up to the point of termination. Also in the event of Termination, any monies paid for advertising are non refundable.
Changes, Revisions and Modifications.
Prizes4pixels.com reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions and change the services provided under this Agreement. User acknowledges that any such revision or change will be binding and will take effect immediately upon posting. User understands that, by continuing to use our services following such notice. User must abide by those revisions and changes.
Privacy of User Information.
Prizes4pixels.com is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. When you send money using Prizes4pixels.com payment form, we never learn of your bank account numbers or credit card numbers. We only see your payment processor identification. When using Prizes4pixels.com services, your financial and other personal information is never passed on to third parties. All information submitted to us on our website is held in strictest confidence pursuant to our Privacy Policy. User hereby acknowledges that you have read Prizes4pixels.com Privacy Policy and that you understand and agree to those terms. User understands and agrees that Prizes4pixels.com considers any spamming by User to be a breach of these Terms and Conditions, and will result in the User’s account being frozen or terminated by Prizes4pixels.com. Any User who receives SPAM from a Prizes4pixels.com client should report this to Prizes4pixels.com immediately. If it is proven that any User or client engages in spam activity then Prizes4pixels.com will hold that User or client’s account, notify them of the problem immediately, and enforce Prizes4pixels.com anti-spam policy. E-mail “spoofing” allows hackers to send messages to people with information that looks like it came from the official company. We will never request your password, name, address, or other such personal information by e-mail.
